Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour time are non-refundable.
No-shows will be charged the full price. In the event that we must cancel a tour due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or credit will be provided.
